e-Jay Operations Control A SaaS solution for critical operations, created and maintained by LJX Tecnologia.

This Policy describes how personal data, operational data, security records, and technical information may be processed while using e-Jay Operations Control.

Version 4.0 • Updated on 09/13/2026

1. Platform identity and intellectual property

e-Jay Operations Control is a SaaS solution for critical operations created and maintained by LJX Tecnologia. The platform may be presented with the visual identity of customers, partners, or authorized commercial brands without changing the authorship, maintenance, or ownership of the software and its components.

Visual customization does not transfer rights over architecture, source code, integrations, components, documentation, trademarks, methods, or other protected elements. Licensing and terms of use are defined by the applicable contractual instruments.

2. Scope of this Policy

This Policy applies to use of the platform and its authentication, administration, monitoring, operation, auditing, support, and integration features. The contracted scope, service levels, technical responsibilities, support, warranties, and commercial terms remain defined in the applicable agreements.

3. Data that may be processed

Depending on the environment configuration, the platform may process name, user identifier, email, phone number, voluntarily provided profile photo, IP address, browser technical information, session identifiers, permissions, access records, and audit trails.

The platform may also process operational data provided by the customer or integrated systems, such as Sites, locations, assets, devices, readings, metrics, alarms, histories, procedures, tickets, documents, configurations, and activity records.

Credentials and secrets required for integrations must be processed only to the extent necessary for the service to operate and protected according to the available technical controls. The platform must not be used as a voluntary repository for information that is unnecessary for operations.

4. Purposes of processing

Data may be processed for authentication, authorization, session maintenance, display of operational information, execution of integrations, action logging, auditing, security, abuse prevention, fault diagnosis, technical support, service continuity, fulfillment of contractual obligations, and the regular exercise of rights.

5. Essential cookies and local storage

e-Jay Operations Control uses only resources necessary for the application to function, including a session cookie and local storage for interface preferences, temporary filters, navigation context, refresh intervals, and recording acknowledgment of this notice.

The platform does not use its own cookies for advertising, behavioral profiling, or marketing tracking. Because the session cookie is strictly necessary for authentication and security, disabling it may prevent the application from functioning correctly.

6. Privacy roles and LGPD

The definition of controller, processor, or other roles provided by law depends on the context of each processing activity and the applicable contractual relationship. In operations performed on behalf of the customer, the customer normally defines the purposes and permissions related to data in its environment, while LJX Tecnologia provides technical services within the contracted scope.

LJX Tecnologia may act as controller for data necessary to its own commercial relationship, platform security, fraud prevention, support, internal auditing, and compliance with legal obligations.

7. Sharing and infrastructure

LJX Tecnologia does not sell data. Processing may involve providers and subcontractors necessary for hosting, security, connectivity, authentication, observability, communications, and support, always according to the purpose of the service and applicable contractual relationships.

When the customer enables integrations with services under its administration or with third parties selected by it, processing performed in those services is also subject to their respective policies, contracts, and configurations.

8. Security, auditing and traceability

Technical controls are adopted to protect authentication, sessions, authorization, requests, data in transit, activity records, and audit trails. However, no system connected to communications networks can be considered absolutely immune to failures, attacks, or outages.

The platform may record user, date, time, IP address, affected object, actions performed, and information necessary for event investigation, support, security, proof of authorship, contractual compliance, and the regular exercise of rights.

9. Integrated systems and third-party data

e-Jay Operations Control may consolidate information from equipment, sensors, databases, APIs, corporate platforms, and other connected systems. The availability, timeliness, and accuracy of source data also depend on the operation and configuration of those components.

The platform does not replace the native controls, redundancies, procedures, or security mechanisms required by integrated environments.

10. Use in critical operations

e-Jay Operations Control was designed to support critical operations, but it must be part of a control architecture compatible with the risk of the environment. Unless expressly provided otherwise by contract, it must not be used as the sole mechanism for personnel safety, fire protection, emergency shutdown, physical security, or other functions in which a single failure could create material risk.

Alarms, indicators, automations, and dashboards must be used together with field systems, operating procedures, redundancies, and other supervisory mechanisms appropriate to the environment.

11. Customer and user responsibilities

The customer is responsible for the legitimacy of the data it provides, user and permission administration, credential protection, network security, configuration of integrated systems, and maintenance of components under its management.

Users must have authorization and knowledge compatible with the available actions. Operational settings, rules, setpoints, alarms, procedures, integrations, and parameters changed by users remain subject to the governance and controls defined by the customer.

12. Retention and deletion

Retention periods vary according to the nature of the data, environment configuration, operational needs, security requirements, contracts, and legal obligations. Audit records may be preserved for the period necessary for security, event investigation, contractual compliance, or the exercise of rights.

Data originating from integrated systems also remains subject to the retention and deletion policies of those systems.

13. Rights and privacy requests

Requests related to privacy and data processing on the platform may be sent to LJX Tecnologia through the channel below. When a request involves data controlled by the customer, it may be directed to the person responsible for the respective environment.

[email protected]

14. Availability and contractual responsibilities

Service delivery depends on infrastructure, connectivity, integrations, and components that may be under the responsibility of LJX Tecnologia, the customer, or third parties. Responsibilities, service levels, warranties, and any limitations are governed by the applicable contracts and mandatory law.

This Policy does not replace contracts, commercial terms, service level agreements, or specific data protection instruments entered into by the parties.

15. Updates to this Policy

This Policy may be updated to reflect functional, technical, contractual, regulatory, or security changes. The version and revision date will remain identified in the document itself.
